My Mission

Since 2001 I have been committed to helping people with their home audio/video systems. My expertise has always been troubleshooting, but in the past decade I have learned a lot about installation, configuration, programming, integration, networks, instruction and most important: patience.

I have always felt that everything in your home should be exactly the way you want it to be. I have never understood why people would let someone install something in their home and not insist that it be made exactly how they would want it. Once I leave, you are the one who has to use it all. You should know how to operate everything to your liking. Any questions after my visit can be addressed to me via telephone or email any time. I always tell people to write down any small questions they may have so I can fine tune their systems to make it as easy and enjoyable as possible for them. I figure that people work hard to afford these kinds of things, they shouldn't have to work hard to use them.
